From BeyoncĂ©'s song, 'Schooling Life', she sings the lyrics: "You know it costs to be the boss One day you'll run the town For now make your life what you decide" What BeyoncĂ© is saying is that you will have to invest something in being your own boss. Not just spending like a boss but making money like a boss. There is a big difference. You will have to prepare, meaning some thought and planning has to be achieved before your business will manifest. How to Plan Family Reunions

As the year is coming to a close, it's time to start thinking of plan for the next year. For me, this means planning family reunions and getting everything in order.  We need to connect to the root again for strength and guidance. So, if you are in charge or helping organize the reunion, come along with me as we start the planning process and watch your family come together again! 1.  Gather communication .Thanksgiving and Christmas would be a great time to get this information. Even if you don't know where it's going to be yet, it's a good idea to get a ballpark number.  2.  Keep a notebook of suggestions from the family.  It is important to find new, interesting and exciting ways bring out the best family reunions.  3.  Don't be afraid to ask for help.  If last year was overwhelming or you are thinking about handing over the reins, recruit one of your family members who are willing and able to assist you.  4.  Be organized!...

Organize for Couponing

1. First things first, let’s make sure you are organized when going to these stores. Believe me, no matter what time of day you visit the stores, having coupons can become stressful if you are not organized especially if there are people waiting in line.  2. Speaking of that, don’t allow people waiting in line to make you feel rushed. That is why being organized is a great courtesy to you, the store and other customers. 3. There is a great system for keeping all those coupons neat and in order. Grab some small photo albums at Dollar Tree and label them accordingly. Some people label by them by using the aisles in the grocery store are by category such as dairy or canned goods.  4. Get a sturdy bag to carry your coupons in. The albums will come in handy because you never know when you will come across a great deal. 5. People.com reports that Ryan Naylor delivers the mail to the princess-to-be and her family in Bucklebury, Berkshire and he definitely has his work cut out. Prince William and Kate Middleton announced their intended wedding date as April 29, 2011 at 11am. Did Phaedra make up the southern "Sip and See"?

Last Sunday night,  The Real Housewives of Atlanta  showed an episode in which Phaedra along with Dwight hosting a "Sip and See". If you're from the south, it's more like a "sip 'n see". Although another housewife professed she had never heard of a sip and see, Phaedra explained that it is an old southern tradition. People gather at a set time in the afternoon to sip on drinks and see the baby; kind of like a post baby shower. So, I was sitting here watching Matt Hasselbeck and the Seattle Seahawks straight handle the Saints and I wonder, is  Matt Hasselbeck's wife  Elisabeth Hasselbeck from The View?  Apparantly, there were a lot of you thinking the same thing Saturday evening as searches for "Matt Hasselbeck wife" began trending on Google.  So the answer to who is Matt Hasselbecks' wife...is  his college sweetheart, Sarah Egnaczyk. They were married on June 17, 2000 and are still married.  The two knew one another since age 17 and both were athletes at Boston College. Matt played football while Sarah was into field hockey. Matt and Sarah Hasselbeck have two daughters, Annabelle and Mallorie  and a son, Henry.  Elisabeth Hasselbeck's husband is Tim Hasselbeck, ESPN analyst /retired QB. Kim Kardashian tape was "humiliating" says Kardashian

Internet searches for the "Kim Kardashian tape" seem to never stop sizzling. In the September issue of Allure, Kardashian lets us in on how it has affected her life. She says the Kim Kardashian and Ray J tape was "not her proudest moment, it was humiliating". She goes on to say: "But now, let's move on. Not that I think it's no one's business, but I think I've done a good job with replacing negative things with positive things." Kim Kardashian touches on her childhood upbringing as well in the magazine. She says, "all the books we read before bed were, like, Bible-study books. Or little tales like Samson and Delilah with cartoons. And my mom would have Bible study at the house with her girlfriends."
