Beyoncé: Endorses Being Your Own Boss




From Beyoncé's song, 'Schooling Life', she sings the lyrics:


"You know it costs to be the boss
One day you'll run the town
For now make your life what you decide"

What Beyoncé is saying is that you will have to invest something in being your own boss. Not just spending like a boss but making money like a boss. There is a big difference. You will have to prepare, meaning some thought and planning has to be achieved before your business will manifest.

Did Phaedra make up the southern "Sip and See"?

Last Sunday night,  The Real Housewives of Atlanta  showed an episode in which Phaedra along with Dwight hosting a "Sip and See". If you're from the south, it's more like a "sip 'n see". Although another housewife professed she had never heard of a sip and see, Phaedra explained that it is an old southern tradition. People gather at a set time in the afternoon to sip on drinks and see the baby; kind of like a post baby shower.
